Welcoming you back to a shiny new season with a night of joy inducing Ceilidh dancing and playful dodgeball games. Expect a mixture of uplifting Ceilidh dancing, energetic classic dodgeball games and a wacky mixture of them both.
Creative Chaos is a mix of creativity, with silly games to get us to really think about what art is. It isn’t all Picasso and hyper realistic portraits, it can be drawing someone using your toes or sticking tape to each other as we play tag. As we get older we lose the creativity we had as a child where we would draw our own portraits with our arms and legs sticking out from our head or the ability to get messy or experimental.
Come gather in the trees for an evening of wild crafting, playful activities and soil to soul connection. All this lovely stuff is happening in a very lovely place thanks to Mark from Hampstead Heath Learning Team, thanks Mark. We have very special VPP (very playful person) access to a hut if the rain doth fall and a beautiful secret garden with a firepit if the sun doth shine! Up our sneaky green sleaves we have an abundance of ideas for this nourishing night at the Heath whatever the weather.

Held by the ever charming Kevin Campbell Davidson, this multi talented man has extensive experience as a games teacher, circus acrobat, and host of London’s Ceilidh Liberation Front.

Come and be led through a melange of musical games from Brazil, through to Hawaii and back to London. We will use body percussion, vocal percussion and voice to create music and move together.
In this workshop we will be looking at what it is that makes us laugh and how we can be funny. It is not about big shoes, make up and squirty flowers. We will concentrate mainly on the clown and the pleasure to be ridiculous in the space. Nothing in this workshop is related to a style but very much looking to find what is uniquely funny about each person and how they can make that accessible to an audience. Although suitable for any level the class will be of an introductory nature.

This workshop will be a playful mix of essential games and techniques from the arsenal of Theatre Of The Oppressed. Theatre of the Oppressed is a collection of innovative theatre techniques and games created with the intention to motivate people and create space for social and behavioural change. It was created in the 1970’s by Brazilian Theatre practioner Augosto Boal. In this workshop you will be expertly led by Tony Cealy. Tony is a drama facilitator, theatre practitioner, arts activist, agitator and creative producer. Facilitating in a safe and comfortable way Tony will use a range of techniques from The Theatre Of The Oppressed arsenal.
Creative extraordinaire Grace Emily Church is bringing her wealth of theatrical experience to The Fun Fed for a night of embodied movement that will get you into your bodies and exploring their potential for expression. You’ll be treated to an exciting and dynamic workshop that fuses different theatrical techniques that will take you on a playful journey of discovery.
