The information on this site is accurate to our knowledge at the time of publication. We try to ensure, but do not guarantee or warrant, the accuracy or completeness, availability or reliability of the information on our website. Our aim is to keep this information timely and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention we will try and correct them.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. If you have signed up to the mailing list or authorized employees to do so, on a need to know basis, we’ll use your email address to contact you with news about The Fun Fed. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail.

Events
We reserve the right to cancel events at short notice due to unforeseen circumstance, and we will make every reasonable effort to inform you via our website, blog, Twitter account, and mailing list. Event listings are subject to change at any time, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide a substitute workshop. Tickets are only refundable in the event of a cancellation due to unforseen circumstances on our part and payments will be automatically be made. In any other event, tickets are transferable but not refundable. The Fun Fed is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from participation in any activities or the use of equipment or facilities during any Fun Fed event. Participation in activities is voluntarily. By attending The Fun Fed’s events you agree to accept all and any risks of injury or death. The Fun Fed Ltd cannot accept responsibility for valuables. By participating in The Fun Fed events, you grant permission to The Fun Fed to use your photograph and/or any other record of your participation for legitimate purpose. We reserve the right at all times to turn away or refuse entrance to anyone acting what we consider to be inappropriate for our events or those who are under 18.

Flexipass
Workshops must be booked when purchasing the Flexipass by e-mailing thefunfed@gmail.com. Workshops are filled on a first come first serve basis. 48 hours notice must be given if cancelling a workshop. There is then the opportunity to book onto another workshop subject to availability. All workshops cancelled less 48 hours before a workshop begins will not be reimbursed and so cannot be transferred to an alternative workshop. Flexipasses cannot be shared with friends. One Flexipass can be purchased per person. Workshops are subject to change at any time. Refunds will only be given in the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances on our part. By purchasing a Flexipass you agree to our full Terms and Conditions. Flexipasses will be terminated if Terms and Conditions are not respected. Flexipass T’s & C’s are in addition to The Fun Fed’s full T’s & C’s.
