The Journey Of Joy With Kata From Forgotten Fun
Join us for a full sensory journey to shake off those pesky January blues. Expect big games, silly scenes and uplifting movement to connect with ourselves, our senses, each other and joy. We start by connecting as a group, and finding our centre followed by some high energy games with a competitive twist, slowing down to access our subconscious and spontaneity for some improvised silliness, then back to the body to try out some new moves.
Held by Kata Armitage of Forgotten Fun. Kata is a transformational and body-oriented coach (with an educational and arts background), having worked with the likes of Google and ASOS to deliver team support and one to one coaching with adults and young adults. Kata’s on a community-driven mission to help people connect more deeply with themselves. Kata discovered a love for dj ing and the deep focus she found in music during lockdown. She is both an ecstatic dance dj and facilitator and loves taking people on an uplifting musical journey.

🤩 Testimonials For The Fun Fed 🤩
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A wonderful place to play and laugh, no matter what workshop it is. The people who go are so much fun and I love the social aspect of going for a drink afterwards and feeling part of a community. A wonderful thing to exist in a city where it’s hard to build real connections.” Claudia Colvin
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I absolutely loved the energy during the workshop, I went to the African dance event and it was amazing – lots of fun and friendly people!” Maria Cynkier
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Everyone in London needs a dose of The Fun Fed! The best well-being experience ever. We all need time out to be playful, try something, be with friends and meet new ones. I truly loved my session with ‘just go for it’ people. Come on! What ya waitin’ for???” Yvette Staelens
