Modern day shaman, dance facilitator and queen of vulva fashion Goddess Caro Gomez will lead you on a playful movement journey using the inspiration of animal energies.  Awaken the insight and power you need to move forward in your life with ease and playfulness.

Beginning the workshop with a Mindful Movement warm up to land in our bodies we’ll start moving into embodying the Hummingbird, Jaguar, Eagle and Snake.  Each of these animals holds a potent inspirational energy.  Maybe a particular animal will serve to help you with what you need right now.  Feeling overwhelmed? Then let Hummingbird remind you to bring curiosity and playfulness into work situations. Need clarity and vision then Eagle is your animal. 

Embodied Playful Movement Workshop will culminate in a short shamanic drumming journey to give you a taste of the power of the drum and to integrate everything we’ve explored. 

Caro Gomez’s transformational tools of choice stem from her native Mayan lineage, these include shamanic practices, somatic experiencing, ceremonial clothes and spirit animal rituals. She was awarded “Ones to Watch” title by the Sustainable Lifestyle Awards and won Fashion Designer of the Year for the LUKAS 2019 awards, which recognise Latin American talent in the UK and the rest of Europe. Caro is a published author, regular podcast guest and panel speaker. Notably being a regular contributor at the University of the Arts London Creative Futures annual event.
