This energising workshop blends vocal warm-ups, improvised movement and group games to unlock creativity and confidence. Through guided improvisation and drama-based exercises, you’ll explore how play can reconnect you to spontaneity, presence and genuine human connection.

Expect big games, silly scenes and uplifting movement to connect with ourselves, our senses, each other and joy. We start by connecting as a group, and finding our centre followed by some high energy games with a competitive twist, slowing down to access our subconscious and spontaneity for some improvised silliness, then back to the body to try out some new moves.
